What is Duratras®?
Duratras® is the registered trademark of our high-quality, removable insulation mattresses. Every mattress is professionally measured on site, produced in our own factory in Almere, and installed by our certified fitters. This guarantees a perfect fit, even for the most complex fittings, valves and pipes.
The mattresses are designed to withstand extreme temperatures and can easily be removed and reinstalled during maintenance — without any loss of quality. This makes Duratras® particularly suitable for installations that require regular inspection or servicing.

Suitable for temperatures up to 600°C. Ideal for exhaust systems, engines, and steam pipes.
Weatherproof & Water-repellent
Made of high-quality glass fabrics with a special silicone or polyurethane coating, resistant to oil and moisture.
Easily Reusable
Equipped with stainless steel hooks, fastening springs, or Velcro. Quick to remove and replace without loss of quality.
100% Customized
No standard sizes. Each mattress is measured digitally or manually on site for a seamless fit.
